Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to provide high-quality care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ care.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
