Rutland Regional Medical Center, the largest community hospital in Vermont and a regional referral center serving more than 85,000 residents, is actively recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its dynamic, hospital-employed practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity to practice general urology with the option to pursue subspecialization, while enjoying a balanced lifestyle and a supportive, collegial environment.
Position Highlights
General Urology Focus: Bread-and-butter urology cases with opportunities to incorporate subspecialty interests.
Balanced Schedule: Four-day workweek (3 clinic days, 1 OR day, 1 admin day).
Call Schedule: Manageable 1:4 call rotation, shared equitably among the group.
Supportive Environment: Well-equipped operating rooms, experienced surgical staff, and collaborative medical teams.
